Roofing

  • Metal, tile, shingle and flat roofs, installed by our own crews.
  • In Miami-Dade and Broward, the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, roofing products need an approval for the zone, such as a Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA).
  • We pull the permit and meet the inspector with you.

  • In the HVHZ, windows need a product approval for the zone, such as a Miami-Dade NOA.
  • We handle measurements, HOA approval, engineering and the permit.

Impact Entry Doors

  • Impact front doors, French doors and sliding glass doors.
  • Impact doors are tested to resist wind-borne debris, so the code accepts them as opening protection.
  • Measured, installed and finished by our own crews.

  • Complete HVAC replacement and new systems for your home.
  • HVAC installation needs a mechanical permit. We pull it and schedule the inspection.
